Currently looking for a HR Professional that we would like to call a Director of Culture & Talent.
This will be a hybrid role that will lead and manage our crew member recruitment and staffing needs for the 18 franchised restaurants as well as promote and motivate a positive company culture.
Major Responsibilities/Activities -
Attract, recruit, hire, develop, & retain talent at all levels in the organization
Understand and anticipate talent needs of the business by consulting closely with GM
Work with Regional, District, & General Managers to develop and implement programs with the goal of improving recruiting/hiring efficiency and reducing turnover
Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within varying regional territories
Develops and maintains professional relationships with various organizations which may be key sources of potential applicants such as colleges, universities, and other various community organizations.
Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Educate Talent & Culture on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Write and post job advertisements.
Ability to source candidates by using databases and social media
Assist where appropriate to evaluate candidates and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Attend job fairs and career events as appropriate.
Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
Participates in development of annual recruiting budget as required
2-5 years HR and/or Recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline
Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Some familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
This job operates as a field position for the state of Utah. It is a remote telecommuting position. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home. Lap top, cell phone allowance, and company vehicle provided along with reimbursement of reasonable and necessary travel expenses.
This position requires frequent travel throughout Utah. Frequently, travel is outside the local area and may be overnight.
