Currently seeking a Sales Analyst for an environmental service company in the Deer Park, TX area. This individual will be responsible for analyzing and anticipating trends of customer' s through statistical analysis of the customer base and commercial figures in order to deliver insights in customer relationship management and a comprehensive customer life cycle.
BS in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment
Fluency in written and spoken English
Dedicated to develop the CRM expertise in an industrial environment
Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to deliver customer insights and make recommendations
Identify different customers' profiles to reduce attrition rate and improve retention
Optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
Initiate and organize mini surveys to collect deeper customer insights on CRM related topics
Identification of key trends and criteria that influence customer behaviour
Spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship
Assessment of CRM programs
Custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
Support local and regional CRM projects
Review SIP calculations
Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis
